I recently completed the Optimize Life course, and I enjoyed the accepting and relaxed setting that Sheryl creates in this online course. In the videos, Sheryl talks about how stress has become such an accepted part of our society in many ways even though lasting anxiety is harmful to our health. The videos discuss the power we all have to create habits to reduce this stress including calm breathing, writing down goals, and noticing patterns between feeling stressed and what triggers that stress. I like how the course highlights practices that I can take with me throughout my life.
