This Masterclass helped change my perspective on developing a healthy relationship with my body and food. I was taught so much about the importance of approaching one’s situation through a lens of kindness and compassion. Many times as a college student, I have felt the need to receive external validation from social media, my peers, etc. However, this course helped to teach me the importance of trusting what is best for you in order to develop self-forgiveness and self-love for our behaviors.
