One on one coaching sessions is a space where you can more fully explore some of the personal dimensions in your life that may be holding you back from living your life to its full potential. Coaching is a non-judgmental approach where we can get to know you and your story.

At Nourishment Vitality we offer the Online courses and Group Workshops, but some folks prefer much more interaction, personal motivation, and an accountability partner, which is why we also offer One-On-One coaching.

In our coaching relationship, you will experience a shame-free, authentic, and compassionate exchange. It’s a safe space for you to tell the truth about your WHOLE story because we know how important it is for you to find your voice and learn from your experiences.

Hi, I am Sheryl

Founder and CEO of Nourishment Vitality Coaching. I am an internationally trained and certified Mind Body Nutrition Coach. Experienced in Meditation, Mindfulness and Conscious Relationships. I bring years of wisdom, knowledge and practical strategies into my coaching practice

While I do have many years of formal training under my belt. I know my true expertise comes from being an authority in the university of life. I have lived a life. I reached a time in my life when I realized that I have a story to tell, and I wanted to help others with issues that I have experienced and healed through.

Here’s what I learned. If you’ve been spending your life dieting, disliking your body, trying to shrink, constantly trying to prove yourself, feeling totally depleted of energy as a result, you’re chasing false fixes, not sustainable results. That’s what led me to study and certify as an internationally trained Mind Body Nutrition Coach and incorporate that into my work.

Personal growth is not always easy. I get it! I have been in your shoes. I set out to do something about it through self-study, formal certifications, seminars, and finally taking on the role of the teacher and coach.

Having worked in the beauty industry for many years, I was always trusted by my clients with their beauty and emotional needs. I truly understand the mind-body connection and feel very blessed to have helped so many appreciate their natural beauty

Why can’t I just Coach myself?

Perhaps you can. There are always a few people who have enough insights, focus, and clarity to course correct on their own. However, the vast majority of people need guidance from someone that has experience and authority to guide you along your path to optimize your skills and maximize your potential.

What does a Coach do?

A coach will help you to gain the skills to understand the steps required to see your vision in a clear and logical manner. You will be assisted along your journey with strategies and tools to implement in your daily life to reach your desired goals.

How do I get to my desired weight, so I look thinner and smaller to feel accepted?

There is a universal misconception that has led to a toxic cultural thin ideal, body dissatisfaction and disorderly and dysfunctional eating habits. We concentrate on and solve many of the core issues—which reduces weight and increases self-esteem.

Are all Coaches the same?

No, approaches may differ considerably. Some coaches do not identify the root cause, are not “kind” or have the experience or knowledge to really make a difference. Many use older approaches that don’t leverage the best of mind and science to create new healthy habits that will create a sustainable balance. At Nourishment Vitality Coaching you will have a shame-free, non -judgmental space where you can heal through the power of being seen, and by letting go of what no longer serves you.

Where are the coaching sessions held and how often?

Sessions are held either in person or online via Skype or Zoom. Sessions are normally held weekly, or according to what is individually required. All clients have access to me via email between sessions.

I have a very busy and demanding schedule and always under pressure. I struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Can you help me?
